Terms and Cancellation policies for online courses:

Membership vs Online Course Access:

Membership of Studio Z Training/ Shop is free. Members may visit and access a few exclusive features on the webshop. But Online courses are only accessible upon purchase. After payment is verified, members can access the full course.

Cancellation:

You can cancel a StudioZ Shop membership at any time. Studio Z shop will never sell your user information in any way.

Studio Z Shop online course refund policy:

We only allow one refund per customer, after the policies below.

We provide a refund on memberships charged after a 3-day of enrolling if you contact us within 7 days of the charge.

You will need to email with a reasonable refund request over email (shop@studioz.com.bd.. The refund will be processed only if the training content didn’t match the information provided on the course information page, which is accessible to the public, before enrollment.

The above policy does not apply to Group or Institutional Memberships. Refunds for such memberships will be governed by the specific contractual arrangement after requesting a refund via email (shop@studioz.com.bd).

You may cancel your membership in accordance with these Terms at any time for any or no reason. To cancel your membership, please visit the subscription tab within your account profile. If you have canceled your membership, you will lose access to all paid Member Content at the end of your billing period.

Please email shop@studioz.com.bd to request a refund. Please explain in sufficient detail why you are requesting a refund. Upon successful refund request submission, your request will be verified and responded within 72 hours. If request accepted, the payment shall be reversed via same payment channel/account.

By purchasing and or downloading content at Studio Z Shop  you automatically agree and are legally bound to the end user license agreement and refund policy stated below

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:

This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license agreement between you and Studio Z Shop. Please read this agreement carefully before using the product. If you choose not to accept this agreement, you must remove the content from all of your devices. We will not refund any downloaded content or opened merchandise. By using any part of the Data, you are agreeing to the following terms:

COPYRIGHT MATERIAL:

Files on this web site (collectively the “Data”) are proprietary and copyrighted. All rights to this material are owned and reserved by Studio Z Shop and the parties who granted Studio Z Shop the right to include their material in this site, except to the extent that the right to use such material is specifically granted by this license.

1. The Data may only be used on ONE computer at any one time for performance licenses.  For use on more than one computer at a time or for use and/or storage on a network designed for more than one user, you must acquire a special multi-user license from Studio Z Shop.  For commercial projects please email us (shop@studioz.com.bd) and purchase our Royalty Free Standard or Extended License.
2. The Data may be used, _alter_ed, or incorporated according to the guidelines described herein into any work (including broadcast, commercial, industrial, educational and personal) that is created by YOU provided that work is not then sold or distributed as either a single background or effect or as part of any background/effects library, collection, set or product.
3. The Data may not be used in a defamatory, scandalous, illegal, misleading, or otherwise unlawful manner and may not be used in or in conjunction with pornographic material.
4. The Data may not be transferred to third parties through the use of on-line services or networks.
5. The use of any logo or trademark contained in the Images must be used in a manner permitted by the logo or trademark owner. This license does not grant you any right to use logos or trademarks.
6. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stu. and all of its officers, directors, employees and agents (“Those Indemnified”) for any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred directly or indirectly by Those Indemnified in connection with the use of the Data for any unlawful, unauthorized or prohibited purpose.
7. You may not sell, sublicense, loan, give or transfer any part of the Data or a copy thereof (except in accordance with the permitted use in a work created by you), to another person or company.

REFUND POLICY

All Sales are final. You can access all watermarked previews before placing order. Return of product may only be made for defective products. Defective products will be gladly replaced. Under no circumstances may a product be returned for full credit. Because of our inability to monitor the removal of the products from buyers computer we cannot consider any refunds, only replacements after the product is shipped. If you want a refund then send us an application with a valid reason. If your application is approved then you will get a refund within 7-10 working days in this same account.
